Before founding Nesper Solutions, I led large-scale initiatives as Head of PMO at Myonex and Director of Technology at ESFM, guiding organizations through post-acquisition integrations, EU facility launches, and ERP implementations. Those experiences shaped how I approach complexity—by breaking it down into clear, scalable systems that work.

Today, as a Fractional COO, I partner with forward-thinking companies to bring order to the chaos, build strong operational foundations, and create the capacity to grow sustainably. Outside of work, I’m usually outdoors—cheering at my kids’ games, running, skiing, or traveling with my family (and our spoiled cat and dog).
